Installation

1. Measure and Plan

Confirm the required channel length, LED strip width, mounting position, and intended curve before installation. The LED strip should be no wider than approximately 12mm.

2. Form the Required Curve

Gradually shape the U08 profile to follow the intended installation line. Avoid sharp folds, abrupt angles, or excessive force during bending.

3. Position the Mounting Clips

Mark the mounting locations along the curved or straight installation path. The package includes approximately two mounting clips, screws, and expansion plugs for each meter of channel.

4. Secure the Mounting Hardware

Install the mounting clips using the supplied screws and expansion plugs where appropriate for the mounting surface.

5. Install the Channel and LED Strip

Secure the U08 aluminum profile into the mounting clips. Clean the inside surface before applying the LED strip, then position the strip evenly along the channel.

6. Install the Cover and End Caps

Fit the selected clear or milky white cover onto the channel and install the end caps. Use the end cap with the wire opening where the LED strip cable exits the profile.

Installation Note: Form bends gradually and confirm the final curve, channel length, LED strip position, cable routing, and mounting surface before completing the installation.
