Bought it for the RGB colors, but I use the warm white setting more than I expected
I originally bought this mostly because I wanted some color behind the sofa for movie nights.
The RGB modes are nice, but I’ve actually ended up using the warm white setting more often than I expected. During the evening I usually keep it somewhere on the warmer side, then switch to color when we’re watching a movie or having people over.
The lamp is tall but the base doesn’t take up much room, so it fits pretty well in the corner beside the couch.
My only suggestion would be to decide where you want it before assembling everything, especially if you’re putting it behind furniture.
The remote has been enough for how I use it. Overall it’s become more of an everyday light than just an RGB decoration.
Thanks for sharing your setup.
The current RGB Floor Lamp combines RGB ambient lighting with adjustable 2800–6000K white light, so it can be used for both decorative color effects and more conventional everyday lighting.
The lamp is approximately 195CM tall and uses a slim freestanding design, making it suitable for corners beside sofas, TVs, desks and bedroom furniture.
Behind the TV or beside the sofa — where does this floor lamp look better?
I’m thinking about getting one for our living room but I’m not sure where it would work best.
There’s a narrow space beside the TV cabinet and another open corner behind the sofa.
I mainly want colored light for movies, but I’d also use the white setting in the evening.
Would you put it closer to the TV, or is it better somewhere that lets the light spread across more of the wall?
Both positions can work, but they create different effects.
Beside the TV is a good choice when you want the RGB light to visually connect with the entertainment area.
Beside or behind a sofa can create a broader wash of light on the wall and may feel more like general room ambience.
Because the lamp is 195CM tall with a slim vertical profile, it is designed to fit beside sofas, desks, TVs and other furniture without requiring a large footprint.
If possible, test the position before finalizing the room layout so the lamp is stable and not blocked by furniture.
